AI automations
Take the repetitive work off your plate.
Every week has jobs that eat hours and need none of your judgment: copying, sorting, checking, chasing. I find those jobs with you and build automations that do them, so your time goes to the work only you can do.
What it can do
Inbox and admin
Sort, summarise and draft replies; turn emails and forms into tasks, records and invoices.
Documents in, structure out
Read price lists, receipts, contracts and PDFs, and put the numbers where they belong.
Joined-up tools
Make the apps you already pay for talk to each other, so nothing is typed twice.
Checks you can see
Every automation shows what it did and asks before anything that matters.
A real one
KOSMO: supplier price lists, read for the kitchen
KOSMO is a restaurant product I built. Suppliers send their price lists in every format there is. Instead of someone retyping them, the kitchen drops or pastes a list in and AI reads it into products and prices, ready for ordering and costing.
The kitchen checks what was read before it is used. That is the pattern I build everywhere: the machine does the tedious part, a person approves.
Who it's for
Small businesses and independents who lose hours every week to the same manual steps.
How it works
You tell me the idea or the job you are tired of doing. You get your own REMIX space, where we work out what you need and agree on an estimate before anything is built. I build in small steps you can try as we go, you see the hours, and nothing moves without your yes. What we make is yours.
Questions
What if my tools are old or unusual?
Most can be connected one way or another. If one cannot, I will tell you before we start.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Automations are built to stop and ask rather than guess, and you can see every step they took.
