KOSMO: a kitchen that runs on one app
KOSMO is a product I designed and built for a plant-based restaurant, and it launches soon. One app holds the recipes, menus and costing, orders from suppliers, stock, sales and the team's development work on new dishes.
It was built in small steps, each one tried as it arrived, which is how I build everything: you try it while it takes shape, and we change course as we learn.
